Alfonso Holland President & Chief Executive Officer President and Chief Executive Officer, Alfonso Holland, is a genuine motivator and passionate about the advancement of his fellow man. His degree in Human Services in addition to being a professional in the field for the last 8 years, Mr. Holland has accumulated a vast amount of experience focused on mental health, gerontology, and youth mentorship. His extensive knowledge in the spectrum of human services pieced together the development of An Extended Hand, Inc., formulated its mission and collaborated in the design of the programs and their goals.

Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Rahkim Sabree co-founded An Extended Hand Inc. fueled by two passions; Mentorship and Financial Literacy. He’s actively engaged in sharing best practices around both topics via 1x1 consultations, group lectures, and written materials. He's the author of the books “Mentorship: The Playbook” and “Financially Irresponsible” Rahkim is driven to fight homelessness from a prevention perspective by providing the tools and resources needed in advance of the crisis. His background in Finance and as an Operations leader serve as foundations for our programs.

Her passions circulate around health and wellness while also focusing on cultivating self love, self-healing, and self-awareness in underserved women. She specializes in group support and parent advocacy while leveraging her personal hobbies of art journaling, energy healing, and yoga in support group activities. |
